Our Services

Our team of certified and experienced technicians provide quarterly and annual inspections for EWPs, Crane Borers, Vehicle Loading Cranes, Hookloaders, Scissorlifts and Spider Lifts. These include annual inspections for load testing, hydraulic servicing and filter replacement and six (6) month electrical testing on all insulated EWPs.

Our detailed inspections are done electronically, and our inspectors can come to you within range of our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast workshops. After each inspection we provide inspection reports which include detailed photos of faults alongside comments and explanations provided by the inspector. At the end of your equipment’s 10-year service life we also conduct major inspections.

As Terex, CTE, Klubb, Versalift and Palfinger service agent, we have full accreditation to perform repairs and maintenance on EWPs, crane borers, vehicle loading cranes, hookloaders, scissor lifts and spider lifts. We are also have great knowledge on many other brands which we are able to service for you.

MODIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS

Getting the right EWP or Crane Borer for your industry and specific use may require modification. In those cases, we offer full design, fabrication and installation services to ensure that your needs are met. We provide thorough documentation for all modifications and certify our products in-house so you can be certain that your equipment is in compliance with all the relevant requirements.

If your budget is better suited to a rebuild, our team is experienced in the execution of all aspects of that process including stripping, measuring and (if needed) replacing mechanical components as well as conducting inspections for corrosion or other damage. Once it’s passed our tests, it’s ready for use on your work site.

CONSTRUCTION & FABRICATION WORKS

Lift Industries also can offer other fabrication services such as customised truck bodies and installation of vehicle loading cranes (VLC’s) and hookloaders. Ask us about your custom fabrication, engineering or auto electrical requirements and we will do our best to provide you with the machine for the job.

PAINTING & FIBREGLASS REPAIRS

We have an industrial spray painting facility offering a fully functional 10.5 meter long x 4.5 meter high spray booth catering for all your industrial needs. We offer quality spray painting using high specked paints, suppling a quality finish for all types of machinery, light commercial trucks, buses and steel fabrications. We also offer fibreglass repairs and painting / gel-coating for such things as elevated work platform insulated booms and baskets.
